By the time November rolls around the traditional “season” for Mediterranean cruises is coming to an end. But there are still plenty of cruises departing from Barcelona, Spain during the month, including western Mediterranean voyages, transatlantic repositioning cruises, visits to the Middle East and more.
Viking and Holland America
Viking and Holland America send ships to North America and South America in November, ending in Fort Lauderdale and Rio de Janeiro. Viking also has cruises that end in Rome and Athens.

Royal Caribbean, Norwegian and Seabourn
It’s time for Royal Caribbean and Norwegian to move some ships across the Atlantic. Repositioning cruises in November are offered to Fort Lauderdale, Miami and Barbados. Seabourn also has a two-week cruise scheduled, but ends no further than Lisbon.

It may be November, but MSC still offers a full complement of week-long Mediterranean cruises to great destinations in France and Italy. Toward the end of the month you can hitch a ride as they move MSC Seaview to the southern Atlantic. Meanwhile, Silversea’s Silver Dawn makes an early-in-the-month trip from Barcelona to Lisbon.
