Sometimes there’s just not enough time. While the most popular cruises from Barcelona are at sea for a week or more, there are some shorter trips of 3 to 5 nights. You may not see as much on one of these short cruises, but what you do see can still be pretty great.

3 Day Cruises

With the exception of one Norwegian cruise from Barcelona to Civitavecchia (port city near Rome), these “mini cruises” from Barcelona are all offered by Costa. (Note: The cruises that include Tarragona are “one-way”, but that city is only 50 miles down the coast from Barcelona. Great place to see some ancient Roman ruins!)

4 Day Cruises

As you can see, most of the 4-night itineraries are very similar to the 3-day cruises, the difference being a few more hours spent in the ports of call. The November 18th cruise on Favolosa replaces a “day at sea” with a second stop in Marseille, which is nice.

5 Day Cruises

Nice little change of pace for these cruises: They first head south to Valencia before going north to visit the usual suspects.
